Just my two cents worth.
As a former Creative Writing major, I can say with a high degree of confidence that some people (myself definitely included) just aren't any good at self-editing. No matter how many times I read through something, a few mistakes always make it through the cracks. The fact that Chaotic is writing, coding, and assembling the game completely on his own to me excuses most of the errors. The loose/lose thing is something I've definitely gotten wrong in the past, so I can't hold it against him. I definitely admire Chaotic for doing everything he does on his own, even considering some of the shortcuts I've read he has used on occasion. Pulling together something like this is something I could never do on my own. That said, perhaps he could use an editor to help him look things over. I know I never produce my best work without some outside help to put me back on track and point out obvious flaws in my work. An editor would help with the occasional spelling issues, as well as the dead link issues.
I made it through all of the endings with a little creative finagling of the HTML tags (admittedly , some of it I should have been able to avoid). I think that the primary thing we should consider is this, though; no matter what people say about Chaotic's games, they still seem to be playing them. As the old cliche says, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". While it may not always knock us off our feet, Chaotic has a decent formula that works to produce consistent materiel, and as one of the people without an offsite pass, I honestly don't feel like I can complain.
