This isn't the game but a cryptic installer '200Kb' so no double clicking on that crap !

Arnulf its up to you but just to be sure a quick antimalware scan may be the way to go

Good, personality I use Malwarebytes just in case the Antivirus doesn't recognise a certain malware !

The fact that your antivirus won't recognize something as a virus doesn't necessarily mean it isn't. Someone can easily whip up a program that does something very bad, but antivirus programs won't recognize it because it is something "new" (granted, there are some behaviours they recognize as bad, but most of it isn't separable from legit programs).

Of course you could also just reason the other way around, the OP posts a executable that is supposedly a game and doesn't work, what else could it be? (not to mention it's his first post, linking to anonymous filesharing sites with some vague picture included. Oh my, where have I seen this before? Oh yes, all the other spam posts on here)

What shall I do, if the running antivirus-programme doesn't find a malware and as, to my experience, other similar programmes make problems with the installed running programme.

I'm not sure what the question is there arnulf, but in general: just be aware that not everybody on the internet has good intentions.
In this case particularly: it's a 200kb executable, which usually is not big enough to be a game containing images (as the OP suggests). Now I can't think of any other legit reason someone would be trying to get people to run an executable, therefore I will not even try running it.

So, what do you intend by recommanding this game? I didn't have any idea of the story, which is used as basis for the quiz-questions. But nevertheless, I got it.

Hi Arnulf I fully understand your concern about running another Spyware program, this beeing said installing Malwarebytes will not interfere with Avast as the free version of Malwarebytes does not run in real time, MBAM is intended to find malware that other anti-virus and spyware programs generally miss, including rogue security software, adware and spyware
So all you need to do is click on the Malwarebytes shortcut from your desktop and choose either a full scan 'first time you install malwarebytes' afterwards a quick scan is sufficient.
You can install it in your native language and is fully compatible with XP to Win 7 '32 or 64 bit' just make sure you keep it updated, having Avast and Malwarebytes should keep your Win Seven OS better protected
