I suppose it's something very obvious that I have missed time and time again. For some reason I can not seems to download games from rapidshare. There have been tons of games that can be accessed through rapidshare and I hope that some kind soul can tell me what I can do to actually play them. Thank you very much.

gpeterson, I do not really know, what your problem is with the downloads from Rapidshare. Let me say first, that you don't need a download for playing the Shark-games, because you can play them (nearly) all online.
Then it depends on your internet connection, if you could have some problems with Rapidshare. If your IP-code is connected with others, depending of your browser or your provider then maybe some downloads from others may hinder you for a lot of time. But in general I didn't have any severe obstacles to download things from Rapidshare.

I've certainly had problems with the latest incarnation of RapidShare's site. I use an Asus 1000H EeePC most of the time and the browser I tend to use most at present is Chrome, and something that RapidShare have done causes a necessary 'Download button' to be obscured and made inaccessible by their stupid webpage design.
I can access it with difficulty using Firefox, but I had no problem until their moronic redesign. I suspect some idiot didn't allow for the width of netbook screens, or try using more than a couple of browsers when testing the web design.
Heaven only knows what would happen if I tried using my Nokia N900 to download from them!

I don't think very many people here will sing RapidShare's praises, but unfortunately it's one of the more common file-sharing sites.
If you're having problems with the site, it may very well be your browser. Add-ons like Noscrïpt for FireFox can interfere with the scrïpting on the site, and you'll have to allow RapidSuck to run its scrïpts to access the download. Internet Explorer 9 has a million and one issues right now, so that might not work as well.
There are downloading programs that can handle sites like RS, MU, FS etc... but unfortunately I don't have any links for you. (Google may have some answers for you.)
It is unfortunate that the authors of these games don't mirror their files over a wider spectrum of file-sharing sites... but as the saying goes, we can't be choosers.

Unfortunately SkipScreen, the Firefox add-on I've used to date to ease D/Ling from RS and other similar sites, can't handle the latest RS website abomination properly yet, so I have to be very 'hands on' even with Firefox!

If you keep having trouble with your browser you might try using a program like JDownloader (
http://jdownloader.org/).

^ that guy knows his stuff. Jdownloader and forget about it. Rapidshare is eh but unfortunately the general population isn't exactly on top of the latest sites.
