Eine ganz kurze Geschichte über Menschen als Partikel. Musste ich einfach basteln.
Mal ganz was anderes. Nicht ganz easy, aber schaffbar.

hello Josefus, hello Lagooners,

... here a first rough attempt of an translation. It's not complete and most of Josefus' message leaves untranslated.

My intension is to show a new technic, which makes it possible to combine different languages in one file. I think, so changes/extensions of the project are easier handled.

my files are installed parallel the old ones, nothing is overwritten. A new "files_x"-folder beside the old "files"-folder is created. See also the _readme.txt in the zip-archive.

sieht gut aus...ja, so könnte das gehen.
OK ... die Kopfzeilen sehen etwas anders aus. Mal sehen was die Lagune dazu sagt.

Freut mich, dass Du eingestiegen bist. Jetzt muss nur noch einer das übersetzen.

Die Verlinkung der Bilder ... Das funktioniert bei mir nicht, wenn ich Start_x.html benutze!! Was mache ich falsch? Die Sprache umschalten... fantastisch..

images aren't linked correctly? - I don't know. It's the same file structure as in "double sick" and there you found no problems.

please check par mouse-click-right (properties/Eigenschaften) the URL of the linked images and compare it with your file-structure.

maybe a small bug has settled in my code. On my side I can't find an error yet.

in the your folder "The cottage of eternity" you must find:
- Start.html ..... the old starter
- Start_x.html ... my new starter
- files .......... the old folder
- files_x ........ my new folder

and your files _games.js and _functions.js in ??? folder files_x?
I see it in Start_x.html.

I think i have a Windows/Vista-problem.
If i make copy and past with Start_x.html in a new file, i can see the pictures, but after start i have the Errormassage that the Startsite is not open.
I will upload my own Zip-File from Rapidshare. and the i will see.

in the your folder "The cottage of eternity" you must find:
- Start.html ..... the old starter

- files/images ... the old image-folder , here my scrïpt looks for images
- files_x ........ my new folder, owns no subfolder "images"

the old '_games.js' and '_functions.js' shouldn't be overwritten by mine.
my '_games.js' and '_functions.js' are placed and found in "files_x"-folder as all other *.html-files.

I think it is less complicated. Close your browser and start again with "Start_x.html". This page opens a 2nd tab/window
where all is presented.

The main page/window (Start_x) is used to control the choosen language. If this window doesn't exist any more, my scrïpt doesn't know what language should be shown, and alarms with the message "Startsite is not open."

windows-Popupblocker !!! that was my problem.

I see any new improvments.. Underline by names, color in textlines (good, better for reading this text)-->_style.css and .. in html-files.

Yes ..that is very good.

I would already want to have an English version. We put them then as usual on the Internet.

The polyglot project from sunnyson required a little bit more work. I like the beginning. But two file paths are too much.

Thanks for the new game! I wish I knew enough programming and German to help you fine-tune the English translation. The current translation is understandable but does not sound like regular conversation.

Yes. you must find before 4 hotspots.

one in sleep scene
two hotspots in the conversation with the officer in the job centre
On the moon is a place. There one must decide between new moon or lunar eclipse!!

Then one comes back on time.
