Anyone know about this games??? This game kind like an AI chat and simulation game.

Seems like it is down and has not been updated since 2006. Keep checking and maybe their website will be updated someday. If you can find a place to download the game maybe you can still connect to the chat server without being registered but there is no way to register right now.
