You should ask Taylor about entertainment
You should ask Morgan about food
and pay 2500 for the gift.
If you have done those steps you should have event with Zoe in the reception that should move things along.

ok folks I need some help I am at day 25 at 8AM and have 2100 gold, my L: is002021300500, and can not for the life of me figure out how to get past the scruffy "you need Celeste to ok to fix room" Help!!, any one that remember the key to this.

Let me see if I can help you.

To solve the problem you list you have to get some progress on the other girls. Celeste first and foremost.
You should have an evnet with Celeste in the lounge at 12/14. You need to help her with that before she can trust you.
Every 0 in your L: number indicates that you haven't started their path yet. Some of them require other progress but some you can start by "ask about name".

I hope that can get you over this hump.

Look like you are further along then me. How did you figure out what time to find Gem and Taylor in rec room. I have the task but only can fine one or the other, my level check is 053391111814 and I'm on Day 57. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry for the slow response. I was away from my computer over the weekend.

Look inside for some hints.

If you haven't started the kitchen questline you might have an event in the restaurant at 24.
If you have started this quest you need to follow the "task list" steps. Let me know if you have problems with any of those.

You might be able to follow the hint in the above spoiler as well.
Regarding Gem you need to "train" in the morning while she is in the gym to progress with her.

Some things that could advance your story.
You might have an event in the restaurant at midnight. If not please check your "task list".
Make sure you have seen all the porn on the internet
You should have an event just after lunch in the reception.

You have stumbled across a slightly weird block. Let me see if I can make you jump over that.

You are very far with most characters but it seems Zoe is stuck because of a work requirement.
You need to cook in the employee lounge and then return later when Zoe is there the same day. Depending on the order you do things in your playthrough you might feel like you don't need to cook anymore and this is the last time you need to do it for progression.
