Never give a 100. What if the next game of those two is even better? ;)

give another 100. Cause with your logic teachers should never give the maximum score jsut incase the next project of s student could be even better =P

Yep just found it on PF1 and will start playing it soon. Started on easy but have other things to do right now. A very big THUMBS-UP for the graphics so far.

i suggest you go straight to hard, else midgame you are going to punch yourself in the face cause the game ended for you cause you had it on a easier difficulty =P

OK, played all three paths, and must say "WOW"!

@Tlaero: what a great storyline, with unexpected development (i really thought that Jason and Elsa will take the plunge at their first real date) and a slightly increasing erotism till the explosion. Just didn't understand some explanation around the book, but only because English isn't my native language. About gameplay, i found it a little too easy, but only because i played CfK before and that their gameplays are similar.

@Mortze: Tlaero found a great successor to Phreaky. And even more, i think that the disciple might overtake the master. Great job!

Finished it last night in all three modes. It was easier than I thought it would be. I liked the storyline and the graphics were some of the best I have seen in the AIF world. I only found 6/12 achievements but actually saw all of them bit not on the hard path so when I get time I will go back through it with different choices. Overall this is not a typical AIF game where the goal is to get to the sex a quickly as you can but still AIF where the ultimate goal is the sex. I was surprised at how long the ending sequence played out though.

Great game.

Simply phenomenal. Great story, and great main girl (one of the best I've seen in a long time). Went for the Romantic ending. Will have to try to find the time to go through for the other endings. Definitely want to try soon, as this was such a great game.

Wow, this is the best game you've done! Congratulations.

I usually find erotic fantasy games go a little far and seem to always cross into grey areas, but this was perfectly handled and done just to my liking. The fantasy element only added to things, where I find the way it is often handled in AIF takes away from my experience.

I have to say I enjoy the new artwork too, the characters are very sexy and realistic and the settings very natural and well fleshed out.

Keep up the good work!

Hi tlaero! So glad to see you're producing a new game, and what an aweseom game that is

The gameplay reminds me a bit of CfK, and I think this is the first time I play your game purely as a player. It feels good, I must admit :D

To Mortze, congrats on your first game, awesome graphics, you're very talented, and I'm glad tlaero found you. You're working with one of, if not THE best storyteller in this genre, so please enjoy that as much as you can, and you'll learn loads from her (I know you already did) :D

Congrats Tlaero and Mortze
I will play more and give detailed opinions on the game later :p

Thanks Phreaky, and welcome back!

I do know I have one of the best tutors. I'll try to spoil/bribe her the best I can. :p

Hi, I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the game. I've played some of Tlaero's games before, but unlike most people on this site, I never got into them much. I recognize that they're well written and that a lot of effort was put into them, but none of the girls ever stood out to me enough to justify the effort they require. However, as soon as I saw that first image of Elsa on the staircase in this game I knew I would love it. I not only loved how she looked, but her personality as well, and the dream element intrigued me. The teaser on the end really made me want to see what will happen next.

I do have one complaint, though. I really liked that Elsa was a shut in because I could really relate to her. Or rather, I envy her. Between work, family and friends, I don't really have the option of never leaving my basement as I'd like :p . However, as a shut in, I can't really see Elsa owning a pair of contact lenses, and I don't think she'd be able to get any on short notice. As such, I can accept her not needing her glasses in her dreams, although I would expect them to be part of her self image, but she should have needed them in the real world. I was actually looking forward to her and Jason's first real world date for this reason, and then was disappointed when it happened.

Okay, so I'm really just a meganeko fan, and I'm always disappointed when a game, movie, or whatever introduces a beautiful girl with glasses, and then the glasses are the first thing she takes off. I often find myself losing interest in old movies halfway through, so it's a testament to how well written and rendered this game is that it held my attention all the way. Even so, if I had my way I would ask Mortze to re-render all the real world scenes so that Elsa would be wearing her glasses in them, as she should be :na: . Actually, when I saw that Mortze had posted a picture of Chloe in response to a previous poster's request, I thought I might be so bold as to ask if he has any sexy pics of Elsa in her glasses to share with us? If not, that's ok, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate them, so maybe you could both keep that in mind for the future.

BTW Mortze, I also really liked seeing the pictures you posted of your earlier design for Chloe. They looked similar to the final version, but the final version was a huge improvement. I really appreciate the effort you put into it. I loved Chloe's freckles, but I also loved the shape of her face, her expressions, and her eyes.

To comment on a couple of other things that came up in this thread, I agree with the previous poster who said it was a mistake to include multiple difficulty levels. I actually tried easy first because I wanted to enjoy the story and get a feel for the gameplay before trying it on hard to see what I missed on easy. As it is, the only difference I could see was that easy cut me off mid game, which kind of felt like a waste of time. As far as difficulty goes, I like the idea of the main scenario being relatively easy, especially when it's easy because the dialogue is clear and well written. Then having a branch that expands on the story a bit but is hard to find, and even harder to finish, should provide some challenge as well as some reward for meeting it, but without harming the flow of the main scenario or making anyone feel like they've missed out on too much. In other words, more or less what you did, except with more emphasis on making the third scenario challenging.

As far as interactive sex scenes go, you can count me as a vote against them. I agree that they can work when they're the main focus of the game, but it sucks when I just want to continue a story and I'm stuck watching a bar fill while I waggle my mouse. I also find that it sucks the eroticism out of such scenes making them even more tedious. To each their own, I suppose, but for me I'm glad you made them optional.

FWIW (For What It's Worth), I think Elsa is prettier in her glasses, and that's not normally the case.

Okay, I've played the game and finished it for both romantic and sexual endings (not the confused one though)

I think overall the game is awesome, some of the positives :

- the storyline is great, but that's expected from tlaero's games :)

- the characters are strong, especially Elsa, that's also expected from tlaero

- the graphics are excellent, tlaero was right about one thing, the models have really evolved from the v3-v4 era, with better morphs and textures. Clothes too! I think mortze has done a great job on this :)

- the animations are good on some parts, but still can be improved on other parts

- silhouette ! Nice idea :D

I really enjoy playing the game, although personally neither Elsa nor Chloe is my type of girl. I don't really like short hair, tattoos, and freckles, so I can't really like them as much as I want to. But, the story keeps me captivated, although again, that dream-thing is not really my cup of tea too. I really prefer a normal kind of story (real life story), or maybe pure-fantasy, if we want to go that way. This kind of half-real half-fantasy doesn't really cut it for me, but I guess it's just a matter of taste :)

Some of the things that could be improved in my opinion:

- more difference between the two paths, overall I got the feeling that they're too similar, even the sex scenes are kinda repeated. I really think if the endings have different settings, it would be better erotically :)

- sometimes the choices are so straight-forward, but maybe that's me being very much used-to to tlaero's writing :D maybe that's also why, I read some comments that stated about this game being too easy. It's too similar to CfK, in a way, style-wise, I think, and perhaps in the future, tlaero could think about something different ? I just realized that with this kind of style, the male protagonist's character becomes quite confusing, and that's something that can be improved, I guess. I see miss tlaero has tried to put more character to Jason by the convos about his college, dreams, etc, but again, I feel that I can't decide what kind of guy he really is. Perhaps that also happens with keisha's boyfriend in CfK (I even forget his name, shame on me). With Adrian, I feel the character is much stronger (although he's not the kind of guy many girls want to be with, maybe)
Well, plus and minus of different styles of story-telling :)

- graphics-wise, I really like Elsa, she's really beautiful ala a shy girl next door type, but sometimes I think her eyes are too pale so with the high intensity lighting, the eyes become white. And, speaking of lighting, that's also an aspect of the graphics that can be improved. Sometimes the lights concentrate too much on her face, especially in the darker rooms, like there's a candle right in front of Elsa's face. Playing with lights and shadows are definitely one of the most difficult tasks in 3d modelling, and I think mortze has done great, but as always, this can still be improved :)

- animations are the next difficult thing, and this game already has awesome animations, but I notice some of them still have weird connections between hands and body-part. This is really difficult though, I know, so I don't think it's really a big deal, most of them are great anyway :)

- tlaero, the choice-boxes are sometimes too small, and since I played this on a smart phone, I have a hard time to navigate them easily

- oh and to mortze, I noticed that since most of the players of this kind of game are male, the less pictures of the male protagonist's face, the better, usually :D
Again, this one is a long-continuing debate since the era of keeley, but I kinda agree with the notion that people could relate more with the male protagonist with less face. And it's also consistent since during the non-sex-scenes, we can't see his face, so, in my opinion, it's also better if we don't see too many images with his face around
Truth be told, the more Jason's face appears, the less horny I become, I don't know if it's just me, but it's true :D

All and all, really good game, perhaps better than any previous tlaero's creations *perhaps* :D

But I don't think this is the peak, still rooms for improvement

Spoil her for sure, but challenge her sometimes, she needs that too, so her great ideas come out more :D
