HELP!!
I downloaded LOQO 2 Episodes I-II, extracted the files (successfully), and tried to play the game. I got an error message saying RPG had quit working. I then went to my old Episode I only folder and was able to play it (Ep.I) successfully. So I figured I needed to install the new version on RPG Maker XP that came with the new download. I did and got the same error message. So, thinking I might have a conflict between the 2 versions of RPG Maker, I uninstalled and deleted the older version and reinstaled the newer one. Still not working! Any idea why I can play Episode I on my Dell Windows 7 machine and not the newer Episode I-II? I even tried using Windows XP compatability mode with no success.

cos it sound strange that you could play eps1 an not the full game

It just says "RGSS Player has stopped working" - it doesn't start working!

Its a new RGSS for I-II. Uninstall your old and then install the new (which is in the LoQO-download).

I had done that uninstall already but since you suggested it I tried again. I went to control panel and uninstalled the RGSS Player again (it was the new version 1.04, not the old one I had previously uninstalled) and then searched for all of the old setup1 and setup2 files that the old version made and deleted those. I then tried to run the new episode I-II and got the message "can't find RGSS102E.dll". That told me I had successfully uninstalled both old and new RGSS Player versions. I then reinstalled the version that came with the Episode I-II download and tried to run the game again. But I still get the same "RGSS Player has quit running" message and no game screen. I then went back to my old Episode I version and was able to still get it to play. Can't figure out what I'm not doing right!

And I am having similar issues to blevins29 - I am running an older xP system and while it runs fine most of the time it seems after a few run throughs it hangs and I have to reload the game file. I get dump errors, missing or wrongly names files, etc. Don't know what i can do about it - I got one save file through to end (ready for grinding the legendarys) but am now stuck. Working the latex/good version first - have saves for layla/good, layla/bad and latex/bad as well. No problems with any of the other RPG games, just this onw...
