I've managed to get almost all the pictures except a couple:

The scene with Mr. Portland and Kelly, which has been asked about before but not answered as far as I can tell.

The scene with me, Silvers, and an unknown blond schoolgirl in what looks like Silvers' lair. Has anyone managed to find this?

Oh right if your talking about an actual walkthrough like a step by step list of commands you should play out like north, south, read book, look in jacket ect. I haven't seen any of those. Due to the sheer amount of stuff to do its probably just easier to give people the gist of what to do like i did.

The closet you'll get right now for a guide is the one i've been putting together which is the 3rd post which you have to select the text to read. I put together an actual walkthrough for two of the endings so far. I'll probably do it for some others too where it's useful and needed. Doing the all girls pregnant ending will allow you to see the vast majority of sex content in the game. To get the rest you really have to do it over several playthroughs.

If anyone else makes a walkthrough of sorts no doubt a link to it will pop up here. Also Laura is my favourite character in the game too.

Another guide has been posted on the aifarchive Yahoo group, but it's conversational rather than step by step.
I wrote a walkthrough for myself a while ago that's closer to being step by step, but I'd have to rewrite it since it contains errors and I've discovered a lot more about the game since then.

If it's the picture I'm thinking of, it's actually Mr Edwards. If you get the Mrs Edwards scene and James is still infected at the end of the game, you get an epilogue involving her, her husband and a blonde schoolgirl.

Re. Anna's magazine shoot: I am 99% certain that Mickey showed me a picture of this once. I don't remember how, or when.

I may have told Anna about Kim, then talked to Mickey about Anna.

Pretty certain he showed me a pic of the magazine shoot (red bikini). I've been through the game so many times, that I just don't remember for sure.

Graen: Thanks for the hints. I managed to photograph Jenny in her bedroom by following the hints given. Hovever, that did not block me from getting the other girls (I left Ashlee alone and Kelly is only available in some endings). That got me the James undetected, Anna infected "you fucked all the girls from town, including Miss Farland!" 10 women ending.

Noobster: You have to make sure that any photo you give to Mickey is sufficiently different from one previously given. Eg. two topless photos of the same girl is no good whereas one topless and another naked might be OK. Make sure you pay attention to mickey's reply after having given (or attempting give) him a photo.

Oh Really? I'll have to try it again, I was unable to get Ellie to go further than two pictures for some reason.

Finding 1 makes it more likely that Anna is infected, and if you ask her about it after finding her with Silvers then she and James will break up (although that doesn't make much difference by that point).

As for 2, I don't know. It could just be background colour. Alison in SD3 had something very similar.

Also re which pictures Mickey will accept... my observation has been that he really likes pictures of Anna, but he will only accept one of any other girl.

As for Ellie... spoiler below

I could have sworn that I managed to get Mickey to accept all pictures of Kim (except the one where you gotta be fucking a girl). The photo choices were something like:

1. A sexy photo of Kim.
2. A sexy photo of Kim. (this is a different photo from 1 with the same name)
3. A topless photo of Kim.
4. A topless photo of Kim. (different photo from 3)

The trick is, the number-photo correlations don't change, so if you give him '1. A sexy photo of Kim' the first time, you have to give him '2. A sexy photo of Kim' the second time and, since it is a different picture, he accepts it even if it's the same girl.

Or so I believe, IIRC.
