I cant get it to work at all, crashes within seconds.
Simply says that the program has stopped working.
Windows 10 Pro64, if that helps you.

I am sorry you are having difficulty. Windows 10 does not have Directx9. Did you install Directx9? The visual novel will not work without DirectX9.
You can download it from Microsoft's web site at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... px?id=8109.

Directx9 will not conflict with other versions on Directx.

Already had DirectX 9 installed, tried a reinstall but same result.
Windows 10 updated earlier today, may be a screw up from Microsoft.

Try playing the VN in Windows XP compatibility mode.
When you start any of my visual novels, in the folder where you installed the visual novel, there is a text file called log.txt
It might give you some useful information.
What video card or video chip does your computer have?

Tried it in compability mode, did not work.
Here is my log file:

Does'nt seem to contain anything useful.
My Graphics card is an Sapphire Radeon TRI-X R9 290 4GB "OC"
I have the latest drivers.

Try running the game as an administrator.

Can you run any of my other visual novels?

Note that rapidly clicking the left mouse button will cause the VN to crash.

Well, it crashes even without any input at all.
Tried running in administrator, no difference. Also tried admin + compabilty, no difference.
I tried Giles and it crashes aswell exactly the same way...

I'm stumped... Guess Novelty simply does'nt like my Pc.

Other folks with Windows 10 have successfully played my VNs. I have no idea why it won't play on your PC.
You might want to check the support forums for the video card manufacturer and see if your video card has a problem playing DX 9 games.

Found the issue. Apparently Microsoft broke something in an update 2 days ago. Downloaded their new update a few minutes ago and now it works.
