need help installing rapelay patches

I downloaded,j-girl train, it but cant figure out how to play it. Please give some instructions, not asking for a walkthrough.

In this game you get sets of Numbers Red/Blue when you click certain parts of the body,to get to the next stage you need blue numbers,fill the bar up and use the items on the right hand side
to help keep the reb bar down,you can get combo moves from clicking different parts of the boby together to help you,the first lvl is pretty easy the 2/3 lvl's are a bugger to clear.

I have tryed but always have the red hit first, or the "toys" go away. Please help where to touch and when.
