Hi, pierrelechat, the snake is just a thing of timing. you should await the moment, when the snake has moved forward and back and then you quickly can take the flower.

The spider has to be overjumped. Climb up the tree and catch the liana and swing until you are swinging high enough, then let go the rope and you will touch down behind the spider. To spide up your swinging movement, use the control key. On the way back you have to do the reverse action. One tip: If you want to shorten the jungle flower action, let go all the flowers and try to pick up only the last one. Bringing the same to the island girl will satisfy her and she will leave the jungle with you and you can proceed further.
