I didn't release it in the "All Sexy Games" thread because it's a story, not a game.

Much appreciated Fleet - but as you said yourself, the release date was coincidental... With the possible exception of Leo, nobody has bothered to put out anything as a treat for their fans this year.

BTW, I didn't say the release date was coincidental. I said, "I'm working on something that might be ready by Christmas, but it's not holiday themed."
It was my intention all along to release the story by Christmas, and I worked my butt off to do it. I'm sorry that you wanted a holiday themed game; maybe someone else will write one next year.

No apology needed Fleet - The mistake was all mine. I'm sorry, I read it like you just happened to have something ready. While a holiday theme sometimes adds a little extra humour to a game, I didn't mean it was necessary. I just seem to remember around this time of year quite a few new games would appear and the weeks leading up to the season would be full of chat about who was releasing what as we eagerly anticipated the arrival of so many games... Just seemed a bit flat this year.

I've just seen Shark has added "Rivals" to the list of games on general release and put a festive banner on the home page... That's the sort of thing I meant... although it's a bit late now.
