It's by the same people who made Ero Night and Fuck Akina. Of course it's all in Japanese. I messed around with this yesterday and this is what I figured out.
The "Space Bar" starts the game. You move with the Arrow keys. Z is spin attack (use arrow keys with the Z key to attack in that direction). When you beat a woman, her clothes come off and she drops $1 that you can pick up by walking over it. You also use Z to talk to various people so hit it a few times. I was copying and pasting to a translation site but it didn't help much.
When you cross the second bridge (the first bridge is destroyed), you talk to the old man and he goes to fix the first bridge. You follow him over and fight off the women attacking him and the girl. When their health goes down enough (the red bar over their heads), she becomes naked and he leaves. So you have to ask him to repair the bridge several times.
Above where the old man is, is a woman at a shop. Here you can buy more heal (red bar) and some other stuff. When you are talking to her, if you hit the "1" key, you buy an onion($10)--1/3 more health, the "2" button gives you blue pills($25)--full health, the "3" button buys you some lotion($19)--no idea what it does.
If you hit the "Shift" key at anytime, it pauses the game and you can see your money and eat some health if you need it. To eat food, hit the "Shift" button, then hightlight what you want to eat with the "Arrow" keys and then hit Z to eat it. Hit Shift to exit the menu.
There is a green bar below the red one at the top of the screen. I think it is sexual energy that you build up as you fight. When it becomes full, hit the "X" key and then fight with the "Z" key and you can wipe out lots of women at once for a short period of time.
If your Health (red bar) goes all the way down, you lose your sword and clothes and I haven't figured out how to get them back so I always end up refreshing the page to start the game over.
Not a great game but I am bored and I like the stuff these guys make and this game is driving me crazy.
