I notice three of those options suggest "showing her the bedroom balcony" but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do that.
Wish there was a way to highlight "clickable" areas in these Virtual Date games as I can't seem to find certain things in them, makes it frustrating as obviously you need to follow particular steps to get the correct endings.
Though with the bedroom one in particular I notice even when following those steps she never wears the bikini anyway, maybe this walkthrough was written for a particular version of the game? (or one that's been modified in some way?)

uh, no it isn't. There is no way to get to the balcony in the latest version but it's needed in the walkthrough.

Odd. To get to the balcony, she needs to be wearing the naughty bikini, but the wardrobe check seems to be skipping over that to lingerie for some reason. At that step, if you open the link "wardrobe4.html" it puts her in the bikini and the walkthrough should work from there. Downloading it from the server now to see what is happening in that wardrobe check.

edit: Playing around with a bit more, it seems as though it works if you take her back to the wardrobe while she is in her lingerie and tell her to wear what she is comfortable with. She'll put on the bikini at that point, opening up the balcony option and everything that follows it.

edit2: There seems to be a mistake in the file "wardcheck3.html"

You can fix by changing it to:

Basically, that check should give you the bikini if available, naked if not, but instead it was moving on to wardcheck4 which then switched her to lingerie. Coming back in the lingerie, choosing "change into what you are comfortable with" jumps to wardcheck5, which properly checks for the bikini and puts it on if present.
