I haven't changed the forum configuration for years.
I'll try to figure out what's the cause of the issue.

I reread the documentation for the PHPBB forums (The creation of the forum dates back more than 10 years, I don't remember everything).
A post can be deleted by its author as long as a new post has not been added to the thread.
Only moderators can delete any post.
I tested with a user test account, it's indeed the truth.

I'm always willing to help anyone!
I do ask that you be specific with what you'd like done and what post you'd like removed.
This line "by LRM » 06 Aug 2020 22:45" ensures we modify/remove the correct post.
Probably better to handle this request by PM.

It's beyond my limited Windows knowledge.
I do find it interesting that the red text symbols appear but none of the black text symbols do (I have 3 black text symbols (Delete post, Warn user, and Information).
I'm soliciting input folks; any ideas?

Its nothing to do with windows, it is solely down to forum settings in the Admin control panel.
