... because I spent MANY time to give images of the hottest women of my country. And I got only 3 comments elgie them. It makes anybody discouraged.

Being that this is a site for 3d animation appreciation it is unlikely to attract members who want to look at real women. I'm sure most members have their own favortie sites for photos of women and come here for the work of artists and not photographers.
If you want a lot of positive comments then give the customer what he/she wants.
