Interesting avatar but it loses resolution and probably the intention. Might an animated gif scrolling slowly upwards with more readable text be better? But then I think many of those offenders have simply found a place to exhibit their wares so that "robots", "spiders" and other crawlers post info back to some source to suggest the 'validity' of their publicity (and so get paid).
