Photoshop and Gimp is our friend here. A decent folder of pre-made model also helps.

I should also mention that some of the work I posted here was already made when I joined Sharks Lagoon.
I had trouble finding a site to display my adult material on that was dedicated to 3D art alone.

Deviant Art is nice, but they draw the line with nudity. Beyond that you can risk getting banned.
