There is a link there to http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/ where Garry the developer has a lot of downloads and with a bit of a rummage you can find http://store.steampowered.com/app/4000/ from which you can buy a download of Garry's Mod for £5.99, or the Counterstrike: source plus Garry's Mod for £14.99 for a game engine with it.
Maybe Rastifan could correct me but as far as I can make out it is a "physics sandbox" with tools, rather than a game -- sort of eLego you might say, only capable of a lot more than Lego!

I'm afraid not -- I'm interested, but it's lower down my list of things to do than DAZ (and I've only just ordered the copy of 3D World that is making a free full copy of DAZ 3D 3 Advanced available at the moment!)

Greebo is right. GMod is a physical sandbox playground more than a game. And an advanced one at that. You can play in it if you like, but I use it for posing and making erotic animations like I did here http://www.naughtymachinima.com/video/4081/Lesbian-Elfs Site is perfectly safe.

But of course you can play things like Death matches or Nightmare house. Is a lot of mods for it. It is the custom stuff that makes it good. Not the materials you get while buying it.

The nukes are fun to, but if the map is to small you die . They even nuked a sun once.
