I'm with tlaero on this. If it's supposed to be a game, then I want to feel engaged and into it so that I want to play it, finish it and replay it to find what I missed the first time around.
That means that the most important part is the writing, both the story and editing. A lot of Russian games these days (perpetual version 0.1, sometimes progressing to 0.2 and then abandoned) seem like they hold some promise, but the language is so dreadful that it makes them unplayable (and I believe this is what puts off many people from supporting the developer, and causes the project to be abandoned).
Second is the engagement and immersion in the game. That's also down to writing, but I want the story to feel believable and not strain my suspension of disbelief.
And third is that graphics need to be at least bearable and relevant to the story and to the setting. I'm immediately put off by bikini chainmail in an ostensibly historical game, or shaved pubic hair in virtually any game set in 80s or earlier (or all men circumcised in a game set outside 20th-21st century USA).
If the "game" part is not worth it, I'll just rip out the pictures, take a look at them and then delete the game outright. Seriously, if you want nudity, download porn.
As for the content itself, I'm looking for something that has a married couple around thirty, maybe with kids, maybe not, and you play as one of them (or maybe choose one at start of the game) to rekindle love and passion in their marriage. They may or may not have others interested in them.
It should start with a sex scene where the player can't sleep afterwards, recount their life choices so far, events leading up to that evening and realizing that he virtually begged for sex and feels that his wife didn't really share the mood, and even though he knows she was satisfied, he decides to do something about it.
If it starts with the wife, it should be the same, but the husband is asleep and she's thinking that she's not giving 100% in the marriage, but is overworked and too tired to be passionate for her husband.
It would be awesome if somebody picked up on that idea, but at the same time, it would be impossibly hard to write well.
