There is also a tool that will copy a pose from Gen4 figures to Genesis, and does a pretty good job of mapping things across - it can also be used (with a bit of twiddling) to copy a pose from pretty much anything to anything else (by using a 'map file' that defines which 'bones' in each figure are linked), called PoseMaster.
