Here's my suggestion: in a limousine. And it should be unexpected by the protagonist. And if there are two of them, that's gonna be awesome (you guys seem to have a knack for creating excellent threesomes).

We also needto align the scenes with the story and characters that we already have, so curreently from my point of view, I like the idea of :
- penthouse patio (craban)
- limousine and so on (outrider)
- library (okimaon1)

We can't really tell you much about the details of the scene (it would spoil the game story, right?), but we guarantee that this one should be hot

Building on a previous mention of a cruise ship, how about in the middle of a tour? Perhaps the characters are on singles (or couples) package tour in some exotic destination and just can't wait till they get back to the hotel. This would work with the trevi fountain idea, too.
