Hello all, I am totally stuck again... I have 29 pictures and i am the the point where the game asks me to look through the western window. If i do that then i get the message that she isn't in the bathroom right now or something.
I have no clue how to proceed.

Well, what can we determine based on what we know?

We typed in "look through the western window." Okay, let me look at the map...

What is to the west of my current location? (where am I actually looking?)
To whom does this location belong?
Do we know anything about the owner of this location?
It says they aren't present now, do we think they should be? (Are they likely to show up now/soon/later/not at all? Is there something we could do to make them show up?)
Is this action in line with what we are currently trying to do? (If yes, how can we press further this way? If no, where should our attention be focused?)

I am totally clueless... I spended at least one hour now to examine everything in everyone of the flats i have access too. Maybe another hint for me? Or best the solution. If you don't want to make it available in public you can send a private message.

Because it drove me crazy as well - I think it's the fact you are prompted to look through the western window so assumes it what you want to be doing...

you actually want to look through a different window...

Anyway, I finally got to the bathroom scene with 33 pictures but apparently thats not enough. Any suggestions for where I could have missed some? I suspect I've only done obvious ones

although from what i can gather it's not needed for anything. Other than that I can't find anything except

pink panties/bra and the used sanitary towel

. None of which appear to be helping me progress.

I have to say this is a very frustrating and non-user friendly game. Even more so if the original version had less help!

When you take something, look the "container" or the surface again.

@bigchief: It's not very difficult, but you are not used to Serge's style. Later some traps and puzzles will be more obvious.

Don't forget to look again and search in the upper floor.

I tried the game again, and i only get 25 pics. I reset the game and at the apartment i only get the first pic in the pink bikini. For the others on the wall i only get a description. Is there any bug? Does it have to do with saving the game? I've tried many times and don't know how to get the pictures. In a room there are two pictures but i cant examine them. Thanks

It's really weird.... you are the only one with this problem... You are suppose to see 5 pictures on the walls plus the hidden one(s).
Your file is maybe corrupted, try to download it again.

And remember you can see the pics only the first time, if the counter isn't right you can try to begin anew.

I've managed to get to 33 pics also...

finally found the old key, tried to use it on all the doors and nothing, then i remembered one more thing i can unlock (after 20 minutes looking around aimlessly). And now stuck again, i locked myself in the room, examined everything, tried to move everything and can't get past 33

All the pictures that you need are in Stéphanie's flat. But since people have issues with that, I will give you a hint; go up and do hesitate to move things.
