I am 42,divorced and currently my grandfather's carer.My hobbies include movies,books, collecting whisky and erotica.Only recently found the shark games and loved the teasing and slightly deviant nature of them; impressive! I had to find out more, so here I am.

@ dolerhyde7;
Aloha. Someone actually caring for a family member? No nursing home? More of us should do this (I am nearing the age where it may be required ;) ). Welcome to the Lagoon. We hope you swim often and never hesitate to comment.

I've read "how to post" and tried it on sharks website but it didn't work,probably because I don't know what I'm doing yet.Apologies for being a bother!

BTW, Dolerhyde.... I keep thinking... that name is sooooooooooooooo familiar...... It makes me wonder... Are you... a serial killer? Do you have hallucinations... hear the voice of William Blake's The Great Red Dragon and the Woman Clothed by the Sun? Are you........ The Tooth Fairy?

(For those confused Dolarhyde is the antagonist it Thomas Harris' Red Dragon, the book that introduced Hannibal Lecter [aka Hannibal the Cannibal].)

You are an ant in the afterbirth...You a T.Harris fan? I chose the name because Francis Dolerhyde is one of my favourite literary characters.And I didn't think I could get away with calling myself Hannibal.

I did read Red Dragon and Silence of the Lambs. I liked them. And I agree with him when he stated that they butchered Red when they made Manhunter. I was pleased when they redid the story after Silence was made.

Please don't tell me you think Red Dragon was a better movie than manhunter.Sure,Red Dragon was more faithful to the novel but Ed Norton did not make a convincing Will Graham and as for Anthony Hopkins...he plays Lector like a pantomine villain! Having said that,Ralph fiennes did his best as Dolerhyde,but all in all I found Red Dragon to be a disappointment.

I'm 42, play online games to pass the time while I work at home doing tech support. Have been playing computer games for longer than most on this board have been alive. I must admit though, while I like the theme, graphics and story lines of most the Sharks games, I grow bored very quickly when you can't get past a section. Then you are supposed to read through 38 pages of a forum post that half of the messages just tell people how stupid they are because they can't get it. Then to download the video walkthroughs you have to join rapidshare and deal with crappy rar files. Just too big of a pain in the ass. Think I have finished 2 Sharks games. I'll start them, get to a point where its just too much trouble, then get rid of it and move on to a game that you don't have to be the original programmer to finish.

Wish I could actually see and appreciate all the hard work that seems to have been done on the games. Not the way they are currently written and then kept secret on how to get through. Ok, my mistake to all the pricks who will say....read the 38 pages of the forums...everything is in there. To you I say...get a life, organize it.

Do you remember how you found your way to the Lagoon? The way out is just the reverse. Waves goodbye.

It's just a little trickle of blood, but.... OH MY GOD.. look at all those fins in the distance...

Uh... I am just going to.......... stand on the beach for awhile. Don't want to be accidentally bitten during that frenzy.
