Why does my registration lapse after a few days?

In an effort to quell spam posts we’ve added a requirement that all new members post within 24 hours of registering. Those that don’t will lose their membership. Specifics for that requirement may be found in this thread,

in the german version of the faq, so i didnt read this point and my first try of registration was delete after 24h.

Sorry the German portion has not yet been updated. There is a pending request to our German speaking moderator that hasn't yet been completed. I'll add a PM as well, but if he doesn't visit the Lagoon, or doesn't see the request, there is little that can be done short of an an unsatisfactory Google translation. Most languages to English are tolerable, English to any other language is rarely satisfactory.
If you are willing to provide something (by PM to me, please) I'll append the current post. TIA

I found this site shortly after learning about the wide world of AIF when I stumbled across a link to an old Christopher Cole game. Coming here has introduced me not only to some cool games from Shark but also a lot of great games by various developers.

I like to visit the site from time to time for hints and to keep abreast of goings on in this community. I also tend to follow the AIF Yahoo archives and check in on the blogs that various developers have created.

I was registered once back in 2013 because I wanted to search something, but that login seems to have lapsed so I’ve registered again and will try to be more active. What prompted me to re-register now was a desire to post a question on the “The Last Man” thread.
